Participation in this website is open to all facilities, entertainment venues, and support services relevant to this particular market. Who should participate? Any business who can benefit from the meetings and conventions bring to town: hotels and resorts, colleges and businesses with convention and exhibit halls, equipment rental businesses, tour services, entertainment facilities, and many more.

Participating properties will receive exposure. We'll help promote your property within this website to make Meeting Planners want to stop and take notice. We'll include a detailed description of your facilities, services, and all that you have to offer their organizations:

• A Photo Display Ad under the appropriate category heading in our Facilities Directory. This includes a small photograph or graphic, your full name address, and phone number, a 40-word description of your property, and a link to your own property page within the site.
• Your Property Page, a full description of what you have to offer Meeting Planners. For example, hotels can include a descriptive overview of their property and services, photographs, statistics for their guest rooms and meeting facilities, and listings of all pertinent amenities for their property.
• A link to your own website from your Property Page
• Receipt of all completed Online RFP Forms. Meeting Planners can fill out this online information request form when seeking responses from properties and services who can help fulfill their meeting objectives.
